Health and Safety RULES @PAW for Healthcare on site - SAFETY FIRST

COVID-19 rules for participants, speakers, exhibitors, service providers and employees:

Depending on the order of the authorities and the infection situation, everybody admitted to the event must comply to:

• 3G”: meaning you need to be vaccinated, recovered, or tested by daily rapid test.
• “3G Plus”: meaning you need to be vaccinated, recovered or tested by daily PCR test
• “2G”: meaning you need to be vaccinated or recovered
• “2G Plus”: meaning you need to be vaccinated or recovered and tested by daily PCR test

The health of our participants, speakers, exhibitors, service providers and employees is our top priority. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have gained a lot of positive experience with the safe execution of events in pandemic times. To ensure the greatest possible safety for all visitors during the event, we have a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept for the event (e.g., state-of-the-art ventilation systems for regular air exchange, contact data collection, mandatory masks, disinfection dispensers, special catering concept). We continuously adapt this concept to the situation and are in close contact with the authorities and the event location.

Depending on the development of the pandemic and the corresponding legal framework, there may be new adjustments in the coming weeks. Actual requirements on the day of the event will depend on the situation at the time, but we will post the latest developments here. It could also be that we need fewer measures if the COVID-19 incidence is significantly lower or non-existent. 

All registered participants receive further detailed information on safety and hygiene measures on site and immediately before the event.

If, contrary to expectations, the event does not take place on site due to COVID-19, all tickets will automatically be converted into virtual tickets.
