Bio:

Lara Martini is a non-Executive Board Member at Magna Housing and at Thomas Telford Ltd, the trading arm of the Institution for Civil engineers.

She is also active as an advisor and mentor in the green tech sector, supporting start-ups in their growth journey, and a strong advocate for the positive role of business in addressing society’s challenges through innovation. In particular, she is Senior advisor for EMEA at TheoryMesh and Health Compiler.
Lara’s background includes a successful international career in large tech, at Salesforce and Microsoft, in roles spanning global marketing, strategy, and business development. She has experience in digital transformation and operations, organizational transformation, and adult learning and enablement.
She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, certifications in international relations and in ESG investing, and studied at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
